Cada ciudad es una entidad real, con su economía, su gobierno y su identidad. Las ciudades pueden aliarse, competir entre sí, comerciar o incluso entrar en conflictos organizados, siempre bajo un marco de reglas que garantizan el equilibrio y el juego limpio.
